Our Team

We're committed to empower  youth in Haiti and in the US and teaching them that they are capable, magnificent and enough no matter what their background is.

Williamson Sintyl is a force for good. Not only is he the founder of a large nonprofit who works in Haiti, he’s also invested in Startups businesses in his hometown Haiti. He traveled across Haiti often to motivate young leaders and in the U.S through his story as a survivor. He coaches youth worldwide privately through his private coaching platform that he started in 2020 called ‘’Ikonèk U’’  to connect them with their purpose in life. He met the love of his life in Utah in 2015 right after his 2 years full time mission for his church and attended a few schools; Brigham Young University-Idaho, LDS Business College and Utah State University. He married his wonderful wife Sharla Kjar Sintyl in October 2016, and has 3 beautiful children, Tevin, Kai, Sidonie and more to come… He’s been taking his family back to Haiti and Dominican Republic with him since he started the organization to see the work and serve with him.
